Returns

We accept returns of eligible items within 7 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with all original tags attached.
  • In the original packaging, including any accompanying accessories or gifts (if applicable).
  • Free from any signs of wear, stains, alterations, or damage.

Please note that the following items are non-returnable:

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance.
  • Custom or personalized products.
  • Intimate items, including underwear, swimwear, or earrings (for hygiene reasons).

How to Initiate a Return

You can easily request a return directly through our website:

  1. Log into your account on the Aniclothe website.
  2. Navigate to the Order section and select the product(s) you wish to return.
  3. If the item is eligible for return, you will see an option to initiate a return.
  4. Follow the provided steps to complete your return request. Once your return request is approved, you will receive further instructions, including the return shipping address.

Note: We do not accept returns without prior approval, and return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.


Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Please note the following guidelines:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
  • Refunds for items purchased during sales or with promotional discounts will be processed at the discounted price.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly sized. To initiate an exchange, please follow the same steps as the return process on our website. If the item is no longer available, we will offer a store credit or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale items
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Worn, altered, or damaged items

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. In those cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
